Swimming for a schoolchild's posture — a program, not a membership

Backpack, desk, phone — a schoolchild's back is loaded 8–10 hours a day. Swimming is often recommended to strengthen the back: water removes axial load and works the muscles evenly. We turned that into a program with measurable steps.

ProFit is a swimming school. These are in-water wellness lessons, not a medical service.

How it goes

  1. 01

    Assessment lesson (20 AZN)

The coach looks at body position in the water, stroke symmetry, breathing. Optionally — a meeting with a specialist at the partner movement studio.

  2. 02

    A 12-lesson program

One-on-one, 1–2 times a week: stretching, symmetry and core-strengthening exercises.

  3. 03

    Follow-up check

We compare with the start and advise: continue, move to a group, or adjust.

What parents should know

Price

“Healthy back” package (swimming + the partner's back-and-posture program): group 380 AZN (instead of 430), individual 850 AZN (instead of 950). Swimming only — by branch price (see Prices).

Does swimming help with back and posture issues?
Swimming is often recommended as a supportive activity for the back. With a diagnosis we work only in agreement with your doctor and don't promise results — that's the honest answer.
How many lessons are needed?
The base cycle is 12 lessons with a follow-up check at the end.
Which stroke is used “for the back”?
Usually backstroke and front-crawl elements with a focus on stretching; the assessment decides the specifics.
