Backpack, desk, phone: a schoolchild's back is loaded 8–10 hours a day. Swimming is often recommended to strengthen the back: water removes axial load and works the muscles evenly. We turned that into a program with measurable steps.
ProFit is a swimming school. These are in-water wellness lessons, not a medical service.

The coach looks at body position in the water, stroke symmetry, breathing. Optionally, a meeting with a specialist at the partner movement studio.
One-on-one, 1–2 times a week: stretching, symmetry and core-strengthening exercises.
We compare with the start and advise: continue, move to a group, or adjust.
Swimming follows the branch price (see ). The back-and-posture program is run by our partner movement and posture studio Lifeline Studios: we agree the terms when you book.
