When a doctor suggests “swimming would be good for your child”, parents usually get a membership and a general group. We work differently: the first lesson → an individual program → a follow-up check. The back-and-posture part is run by our partner movement and posture studio Lifeline Studios.
ProFit is a swimming school. Our wellness programs are in-water lessons and movement work — not medical services.

Backpack, desk and phone: from September the load on a schoolchild's back grows. The “Healthy back” program (7–17): swimming plus work on posture.
About the programStrengthening the back and working on posture: a single lesson, a 12-lesson programme, a follow-up check.
Muscle tone, sleep, early development in the water with a parent — one-on-one with a coach.
A gentle return to form after a break, in agreement with your doctor.
Considerate one-on-one lessons with a specialised coach.
The coach looks at your level and how you feel in the water; optionally, a meeting with a specialist at the partner studio.
Tailored to the goal, one-on-one.
What changed, what's next.
Water removes axial load and gives gentle resistance in every direction: the basis of wellness swimming. Consistency and posture work amplify the effect. The in-water lessons are led by a ProFit coach, and the back-and-posture program by our partner movement and posture studio Lifeline Studios.
Swimming follows the branch price (see Prices). The movement-and-posture part is run by our partner studio Lifeline Studios: we agree the schedule and terms when you book.
