ProFit teaches swimming from the first months of life to adulthood. Our method is built on child psychology: the coach turns every element into a game, and the child masters the water without being pushed. One approach — four pools, different formats for your goal.
Kids swimming (3–12)
Play-based teaching without forcing, built on child psychology.
Adults
From scratch, stroke technique, endurance — at a convenient time.
Individual lessons
A personal programme and one-on-one coach, at 4 locations.
Group lessons
Groups for children aged 3–12. Ask the coordinator about composition and participant numbers.
At-home lessons
Coach comes to your pool: Baku; seasonally — Bilgah, Mardakan, Shuvalan.
How to start
The first lesson costs 40 AZN: the coach looks at your level in the water and recommends a format, coach and branch. No package pushed on you. See prices
Wellness direction
If the request is health-related — a schoolchild's posture, a baby's muscle tone, recovery by a doctor's referral — that's the separate ProFit Health direction: an individual program together with our partner studio.
