Our little ones look forward to every session like meeting a friend. The coach doesn't force — they turn the lesson into an adventure: games against the “water element”, planned in advance for the skill at hand. This way a child learns remarkably fast and keeps their calm and boundaries.

Single one-on-one lesson — 40 AZN60 minutes at a branch, including the coach and pool. The first one-on-one lesson costs the same. At-home lessons are quoted separately.
See full price listWe have been teaching children to swim since 2014. Each child starts differently: some enter the water without a second thought, while others need time to settle in beside the pool wall.
A child works one-on-one with a coach or in a group for children aged 3–12. Ask the coordinator about group composition, participant numbers and a suitable format before booking.
Lessons run at four pools across the city, in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
The ProFit method grew out of child psychology. The main principle: the child owes no one anything. When a little one wants to “show character”, the coach redirects attention into a game and keeps teaching through it.
The child is in the water together with a parent. There is no technique yet. There is getting used to water, trust, and playing together. A baby learns that water is safe, and that stays with them for a long time.
The child works with the coach alone. At this age they understand an instruction, can repeat a movement, and, more importantly, are able to come to an agreement with an adult who is not their mother.
Real technique begins: front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke.
There is no universal right age. But the later someone first gets into water, the more likely it is that you will have to deal with fear first and teach swimming second.
The coach watches how the child behaves in the water and recommends a start.
Breathing, submersion, gliding without fear.
Front crawl, backstroke and beyond; moving to a group by level.
A one-on-one or group lesson at a branch lasts 60 minutes, with the coach and pool included in the price. It starts with a warm-up and explanation, then continues in the water.
The coach stays close for the whole lesson. With small children and with anyone who cannot swim yet, that means literally within arm's reach. Nobody sends a child off to try on their own before they are ready.
A lesson is usually built like this: getting comfortable in the water, work on one specific skill, then a game at the end. The game is not a reward for effort. It is part of the method, because in a game a child will do what they would refuse to do on command.
Parents are welcome in the pool area. It helps some children and distracts others. The coach will tell you which applies in your case.
This is one of the most common reasons people come to us. And it is almost never something a child was born with. It is a consequence: a bad dive, someone pushed them, or an adult decided to dunk them so they would get used to it.
We do not unlearn fear by force. In the first lessons a child may not go deeper than waist level at all, and that is a normal part of the work rather than wasted time. The coach first restores the feeling that water is safe, and only then starts teaching.
Each child takes their own time to become comfortable in the water. Avoid rushing them or expecting a result by a particular lesson; discuss your child's comfort and next steps with the coach.
Makes sense if a child is afraid of the water, if they have special needs, if you need a result quickly, or if they are shy around other children. The coach works only with them and the pace adjusts completely.
Lessons alongside other children. Ask the coordinator about group composition and participant numbers. Compare the totals and lesson counts for group and individual packages on the prices page.
You can discuss individual and group formats before booking. Children's groups are for ages 3–12; ask the coordinator about a suitable option, taking your child's experience into account.

Come 10 to 15 minutes early, so your child can change and look around without rushing. Hurry before a first lesson spoils more than people expect.

From age three a child trains one-on-one with a coach; from birth to three they are in the water together with a parent. Before three the lesson is about getting used to the water through play; after three, technique begins.

We never force or throw a child into the water. In the first lessons the child may not go deeper than waist level at all. The coach works through play at the child's pace. The time needed to become comfortable in the water varies; discuss progress and next steps with the coach.
