First swims — calm, playful and without forcing
Early swimming means muscle tone, appetite, sleep and a baby's confidence in the water. We work one-on-one: coach, parent and child — no other groups, no queues at the lane.
ProFit is a swimming school. These are in-water wellness lessons, not a medical service.
Our approach
The ProFit method is built on child psychology: no forcing, no “dunking through tears”. The coach turns every element into a game — the baby masters the water at their own pace. Our main principle: the child owes no one anything.
How a lesson goes
- One-on-one: coach + parent + baby.
- Warm water and a gentle, age-appropriate load.
- Playful exercises: breathing, gliding, getting used to submersion.
- A gradual bridge to independent children's lessons after age 3.
After baby spa — come to us
If you've been to early baby swimming and massage — we're what comes next: the same gentleness, but now with swimming instruction and a path to adult strokes.
Price
The “parent + child” format follows the branch's one-on-one price (see Prices).
- From what age can we start?
- From the first months of life — the “parent & baby” format, one-on-one with a coach.
- Do we need a note?
- Before starting we'll ask you to fill in a short questionnaire about the baby's health; for developmental features — your pediatrician's recommendation.
- What should we bring?
- A swim diaper, a towel, a favourite water toy.
